Penguin Random House has started a project to design and built a new career website with the help of internal and external team. The main objective was to attract people not only from publishing industry, but from other areas of business that people rarely assosiate with the brand.

The purpose of the new careers website is to convert more applications for roles by giving candidates an opportunity to reach the right person easier, becoming more open to the candidates and providing them with the insights and benefits of working at the company.
